Even though the weather in Los Angeles is dark and dreary, a welcome change, for sure, we Angelenos still need our dose of sunshine. I chose to catch my sunny rays at the #BumbleHive on Melrose Place in WeHo. No, I have no idea what Bumble is but I did my best to mix and mingle with some millennials until I figured it out. They were very nice to me despite my near geriatric status. See me reading up on all things Bumble in my Rainbow Tee from Top Shop ($35), Zara checked wrapped skirt ($69.90)  and my go to Golden Goose.

Is it bad that I consider 69 degree temps sweater weather? I've become such a light weight when it comes to cool temps since moving to Los Angeles. Having said that, the warm weather has not stopped me from collecting tons of comfy sweaters. Here, I'm wearing a favorite from Isabel Marant Etoile ($445). It runs large so size down.

I'm obsessed with anything metallic. Especially on my feet. Why did it take us so long to perfect the metallic boot? Saint Laurent, Sezane and Anine Bing are just a few of my favorites right now.

I bought these boots for our recent trip to London so I could be comfortable walking around and not freak out about ruining my more expensive shoes in the rain or snow. As it turns out, I'm obsessed. Studded boots are not only an homage to the British punk scene, but also a fun way to give any basic outfit a little kick (no pun intended). These Steve Madden ones are the perfect all-around, basic badass boot.
